Use of the app
Merchants may use SmartBoost to generate product recommendations within their Shopify storefronts. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product data, theme changes, consent settings, and any third-party AI credentials supplied to the app when they use an external provider.
Billing
Paid features, when enabled, are billed through Shopify's managed billing system. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are handled inside Shopify admin.
Availability and limits
SmartBoost depends on Shopify platform availability, the selected recommendation engine, and the merchant's storefront setup. Recommendation results are provided on an as-available basis and may be rate-limited or cached to protect service quality.
Merchants can uninstall the app at any time from Shopify admin. After uninstall, SmartBoost stops processing storefront requests for that shop and associated shop data is removed through the app's uninstall and privacy flows.
